Boys Gymnastics Team

Gold Star teams provide the highest level of instruction in a safe environment by caring and experienced coaches. All of our competitive athletes commit to compete throughout California with the possibility of travel across the country. Practices, however, are scheduled to be reasonable so as not to overtax the athletes both physically and mentally – affording them time to balance the sport with their school responsibilities and family life. We strive to make gymnastics a valuable part of the athlete’s life, recognizing that it is just one piece of this amazing time called childhood.

We offer several training teams to prepare gymnasts for competition. Our Artistic Compulsory teams perform USA Gymnastics national standard routines, and are the introduction to the first years of competition. Our Optional teams compete under the USA Gymnastics regulations for Levels 7-10. Participation is by invitation only.
