Lauren began coaching at Gold Star Gymnastics in the summer of 2025. She started working with preschool children at her Sunday School when she was still in middle school, is certified in CPR & First Aid and has completed the California Mandated Reporter training. She loves all things Disney and also teaching young kids. So … by deductive reasoning … her earliest mentor was probably Mr. Ray, Nemo’s school teacher, with his motivational quotes like, “So much to see, so much to learn. Let’s go!”, how could anyone not be inspired!?!
