Abigail began coaching at Gold Star in the summer of 2024. She enrolled in Girls Red when she was 6 years old but had switched to our All-Star Cheer program by the time she turned eight. Abigail is certified in CPR and First Aid, and juggles her time in the gym teaching and training with taking care of her more than TEN pets – including a bearded dragon named Bacon. I wonder if her lizard has that name because it loves breakfast foods? It is the most important meal of the day!
