Allison J began coaching at Gold Star in the summer of 2025. She took her first gymnastics class at 4 years old at one of our neighboring clubs and spent the next decade rising through their program to compete at Level 8. In high school Allison swapped her leotard for a swimsuit and transferred her flipping prowess onto a springboard. She now dives competitively and is CPR & First Aid certified. Most summers Allison visits family in Quebec, Canada – and yes! She is fluent in French … possibly even fluent tumbling in French …Allison l’acrobate!
