Apoema began coaching at Gold Star in the summer of 2026. She discovered gymnastics when she was in first grade and then came to GSG as an accomplished athlete. Now she is a member of our optional team.  Apoema is CPR and First Aid certified, helps in her mother’s daycare, and volunteers for an organization that helps Guatemalan women establish their own businesses. She even went to visit these entrepreneurs in Central America – good thing Apoema is fluent in FOUR languages!
