Cara started coaching at Gold Star in the summer of 2023, but began at GSG when she was 4 years old in our MiniStar program.  Cara advanced through our Junior Stars program and began competing Compulsories when she turned 9 – quite a speedy ascent!  She is now a member of our highest level Optional team.  Cara is certified in CPR, First Aid and Heads Up! Concussion Training.  Probably one of her craziest decisions was to adopt a rescue cat named Bean without realizing she was allergic to him.  A-CHOO!
