Kate began coaching at Gold Star in the summer of 2024, but was a student in our MiniStar program when she was in preschool through first grade before returning to join our All-Star Cheer program when she was 10. She has been competing on our cheer teams ever since, and is certified in CPR and First Aid. When she was little, Kate wanted to be a baker and so spent all of her free time making desserts. She has changed her career goals, but still makes a mean double layer chocolate cake!
