Kate O. began coaching at Gold Star in the summer of 2026, but discovered gymnastics in kindergarten and came to GSG a couple of years later. She is now a member of our optional team and also competes for her high school.  Kate has completed Heads Up Concussion Training, is CPR and First Aid certified, and has babysat for years.  Although she is very very busy, she finds time to travel extensively. Much like Carmen Sandiego, Kate has already been to 13 countries!
