Maya started coaching at Gold Star in the summer of 2022. She began gymnastics classes at GSG when she was eight and moved through every level of our Girls Recreational program including competing on our Xcel team. Even after retiring from competition, she returned to Gold Star to practice her skills in our Teen Classes. She is certified in CPR and First Aid, and in her spare time Maya loves to play with her dog, Teddy. Can you guess what kind of dog he is? Here’s your hint … he looks a little bit like a hot dog!
