Owen

Owen came to Gold Star in 2002, but began coaching in 1979. He was born in Ireland, and grew up training with his brothers. Over his career he has coached all aspects and levels in the sport, even documenting his athletes’ performances by capturing their achievements with his talents in photography. Owen has his USA Gymnastics Safety Certification, CPR and First Aid Certifications, Safe Sport, and Heads Up! Concussion Training, and has completed the National Coaches Course. When not in the gym Owen is an avid horseback rider.
