Owen S. began coaching at Gold Star in the spring of 2026,  but fondly remembers his own GSG birthday parties (when we still offered parties!), He has babysat for family friends, volunteered at summer camps, and assisted with children’s classes at his church.  When not at work or school, Owen is very active.  He plays football for his high school, enjoys hiking, camping, and surfing in his free time, and on one vacation swam from New York to Canada to have dinner – wow that is one crazy commute!
