Sophie C. began coaching at Gold Star in the summer of 2026 but joined our MiniStar classes at 3 years old. She then moved through all of our girls recreational levels, compulsory team, and now competes as an optional level gymnast. She is CPR & First Aid certified and has worked as a counselor at a robotics camp.  Add in flag football and the debate team and Sophie’s days are full – she must debate with herself how to fit it all into 24 hours!
