Sophie T began coaching at Gold Star in the summer of 2025, but first came to GSG when she was 6 years old and joined a Girls Red class.  She rose through every level of our recreational girls gymnastics program and competed on our Compulsory Team.  Sophie switched from kips-and-grips to sets-and-spikes and is now playing volleyball for her high school. She is certified in CPR & First Aid, and when not at school, at work, or on the court is taking care of her twin bunnies named Hopper and Racer … she was destined to be a gym coach with pet names like those!
