Valerie L began coaching at Gold Star in the summer of 2026. She discovered gymnastics in second grade and then came to GSG as a high-level recreational student moving quickly to compete with our compulsory team and is now an optional team athlete. She is CPR and First Aid certified.  When not at the gym, Valerie loves the beach and adores the movie Tangled – interestingly all three are connected to the same color … golden sand, golden hair, and Gold Star!
