Gymnastics Teams

We are excited to offer a team programs to those gymnasts who have progressed through all levels in the recreational program and are interested in competitive gymnastics. Gold Star teams provide the highest level of instruction in a safe environment by caring and experienced coaches.   All of our competitive athletes commit to perform throughout California with the possibility of travel across the country. Practices, however, are scheduled to be reasonable so as not to overtax the athletes both physically and mentally – affording them time to balance the sport with their school responsibilities and family life. We strive to make gymnastics a valuable part of the athlete’s life, recognizing that it is just one piece of this amazing time called childhood. Participation is by invitation only.

Girls Competitive Teams

Gold Star’s Artistic Girls Teams have always provided a supportive, caring, happy atmosphere for our highest level athletes. We offer several training teams to prepare gymnasts for competition.
